Consent to Receive Communications

By providing my phone number and submitting this form, I agree via my electronic signature that Altered Pitch LLC, its affiliates, and its product Sellify GPT, as well as any business or representative using the Sellify GPT platform on whose form I have submitted my information, may contact me at the telephone number I have provided. I consent to receive telephone calls, text messages (SMS), and multimedia messages (MMS) for marketing, advertising, informational, and transactional purposes, including but not limited to promotions, service updates, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and account notifications.

Automated Communications

I understand and acknowledge that calls, text messages, and multimedia messages may be auto-dialed, generated by an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS), delivered using an artificial or pre-recorded voice, or generated using artificial intelligence and generative AI tools. These communications may be sent even if my telephone number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of the communication and the activity of the business contacting me. I may receive recurring messages. The number of messages I receive will depend on my interactions and the campaigns or services I have expressed interest in.

Message and Data Rates

I acknowledge that message and data rates may apply to any text messages or multimedia messages sent to or received by my device. These charges are determined by my wireless carrier and are my sole responsibility. Neither Altered Pitch LLC, Sellify GPT, nor any business using the Sellify GPT platform is responsible for any carrier fees I may incur.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

I understand that my consent to receive calls, text messages, and multimedia messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. I may choose not to provide consent and may still access products and services through other means.

Opt-Out Rights

I may revoke my consent and opt out of receiving text messages at any time by any reasonable means, including:

Upon receipt of my opt-out request, I will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless I re-subscribe. Opting out of text messages does not opt me out of other forms of communication unless I specifically request it.

Supported Carriers

Messages are delivered through major U.S. wireless carriers including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other participating carriers. Carrier availability and message delivery are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier policies, network conditions, and device capabilities.

Third-Party Service Providers

Communications may be facilitated through third-party service providers, including Twilio Inc., which provides the underlying messaging and voice infrastructure. My information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Scope of Consent

This consent applies to communications from Altered Pitch LLC and Sellify GPT, as well as any business or sales professional using the Sellify GPT platform whose lead capture form, contact form, or other opt-in mechanism I have submitted my information through. Each business operating through the Sellify GPT platform is independently responsible for its compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Applicable Law

This consent agreement is governed by applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. Nothing in this agreement waives any rights I may have under applicable law.

Modifications

Altered Pitch LLC reserves the right to modify this consent agreement at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued receipt of messages after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
