Altered Pitch LLC (DBA Sellify GPT) may contact you by text message (SMS/MMS) and phone call — but only if you explicitly opt in below. Providing your phone number on this form does not automatically sign you up for text messages. Each type of message has its own separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default.
Detailed Consent Language
The section below is the full written consent language that applies if you check any of the SMS or call boxes above. It explains in detail what you are agreeing to.
What You're Agreeing To
If you check the marketing SMS box, you give your express written consent for Altered Pitch LLC and its Sellify GPT product to send you recurring marketing and promotional text messages (SMS/MMS) at the mobile number you provided, including offers, product updates, and announcements. If you check the non-marketing SMS box, you consent to receive transactional and informational texts such as appointment reminders, follow-ups, account notifications, and customer service replies. If you check the phone call box, you consent to receive phone calls at the number you provided for the purposes described above.
You may check any combination of boxes, or none. Consent for each type of message is separate from the others. You do not have to check any box to submit this form.
Automated Communications
Text messages and calls may be sent or placed using automated technology, including automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS), pre-recorded or artificial voice, and artificial intelligence / generative AI tools. These communications may be sent even if your telephone number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list, because you have expressly opted in above.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature of the communication and your activity. You may receive recurring messages. For marketing messages, frequency is typically up to approximately 10 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to any text messages or multimedia messages sent to or received by your device. These charges are determined by your wireless carrier and are your sole responsibility. Neither Altered Pitch LLC, Sellify GPT, nor your wireless carrier is responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Your consent to receive calls or text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may choose not to provide consent and still access our products and services through email, our website, or other means.
How to Opt Out
You may revoke any of your consents at any time, free of charge. To stop receiving:
- Text messages: reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text we send. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts.
- Phone calls: ask to be placed on our do-not-call list during any call, or email support@alteredpitch.com.
- All communications: email support@alteredpitch.com with your phone number and the request to be removed.
Opting out of one channel (for example, texts) does not opt you out of the others unless you specifically request it.

Supported Carriers
Messages are delivered through major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and other participating carriers. Carrier availability and message delivery are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier policies, network conditions, and device capabilities.
Third-Party Service Providers
Communications are facilitated through third-party service providers, including Twilio Inc., which provides the underlying messaging and voice infrastructure. Your phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Applicable Law
This consent is governed by applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. Nothing here waives any rights you may have under applicable law.
Modifications
Altered Pitch LLC reserves the right to modify this consent language at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
